Physical address must be in the state of Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, Palau or American Samoa (for existing customers).

Debit Card Requirements and Other Restrictions:
- Must have an EASE by Bank of Hawaii account
- Must be 13 years or older

Mobile Banking Service requires enrollment in Bank of Hawaii Online Banking. An internet‐enabled device is required to access Bank of Hawaii Mobile Banking App or www.boh.com. Standard data usage fees apply. Please contact your carrier for details. Text messaging fees from your wireless carrier may also apply. Your mobile device must be registered through the Bank of Hawaii Mobile Banking service enrollment process.

Within 5-8 business days, you will receive your new EASE by Bank of Hawaii Visa® Debit Card in the mail to use at any Bank of Hawaii ATM or anywhere Visa is accepted. To make the most of your new account, visit our Online Welcome Center.

How do I enroll in Bank of Hawaii Online Banking?

Enrollment for Online Banking can be completed through a self-enrollment process here or by contacting our Customer Service Center.

How do I sign up for online bank statements?

Online Bank Statements provides customers the option to view, save or print statements. To sign up for Online Bank Statements, simply log into your Bank of Hawaii Online Banking account. Click on the “Customer Service” tab, and select ‘Document Delivery' in the Settings column. Using the drop‐down box in the ‘Delivery Method’ column, you can select online or paper statements. As a reminder, to get the monthly service fee for your account waived, sign up for Online Bank Statements within two statement cycles of opening your account. If you do not sign up for Online Bank Statements within two statement cycles of opening your account, you may sign up at any time and your monthly service fee will be waived beginning the next statement cycle.

Can I make mobile deposits to my account?

With Mobile Deposit Service, you can deposit your checks at your convenience, whether you’re out and about or relaxing at home. Learn more about Mobile Deposit Service here.

How do I sign up for direct deposit?

First, contact your payroll or personnel department and see if direct deposits is an option. If so, give your employer your Bank of Hawaii account number and routing number. Need help? Please use our EASE by Bank of Hawaii Direct Deposit Form on the Agreements and Disclosures page to guide you. For government benefits such as social security, enroll online at https://godirect.gov/gpw/ or call the Social Security Administration tollfree at 1-800-333-1795.

Enroll in online banking and Bill Pay4 to make payments from anywhere. To get started, log in to your account and add the payees’ information (individuals or businesses).
