When it’s time for your accounts to move to the new platform, you’ll receive an email to the email address you have on file. - Look for an alert
If you’re an avid mobile banking user, you’ll also see an alert in the Bank of Hawaii mobile app. Primarily bank on a computer? You’ll automatically upgrade just by logging in. - Download the new Bank of Hawaii mobile app
You’ll need to download the new Bank of Hawaii mobile app to continue using mobile banking.

How do I upgrade?
Go to boh.com or download the “Bank Of Hawaii Mobile App” app in your app store then log in using your existing credentials.
After logging in, you'll have to verify your account. We'll send you a one-time passcode (via text or phone call) to the phone number listed in your account.
Will there be a new Bank of Hawaii mobile app?
Yes! We’re excited to launch a new mobile app along with the new online banking experience. You’ll be able to download the new app as part of your upgrade. To continue to use mobile banking you will need to download the new app. The app is named “Bank Of Hawaii Mobile App” and you can look for this icon in your app store:

Once you’ve installed the new app and log in, we recommend deleting the old app.
Is there anything I need to do before downloading the app?
To ensure the mobile app works as expected, we recommend making sure your phone is up-to-date with any software updates before downloading the new mobile app.
What changes are included in this upgrade?
In the new mobile and online experience, you’ll have access to personalized financial insights, budgeting and finance management tools, personalization options, and have a streamlined experience between mobile and online! But don’t worry—your account preferences, automatic payments, and scheduled transfers/transactions will not be impacted.
I forgot my username and/or password. How do I reset it?
Recover your username or reset your password here. Once you have your username and password, you'll be able to log in through BOH.com or the new Bank of Hawaii mobile app.
I didn't receive my one-time passcode. What do I do?
Your contact phone number might be out of date. Please reach out to our Customer Service Center or visit a nearby branch and our team will be happy to assist.

Can I connect my Bank of Hawaii accounts to other financial platforms?
Yes, but you may need to reconnect your Bank of Hawaii account to the third-party financial platform (i.e. Robinhood®, Rocket Money®, Quicken® and QuickBooks®).
If I have a Bankoh Business Connection (BBC) account, will I be affected by this upgrade?
No. The way you access and manage Bankoh Business Connection accounts will not change with this upgrade.
