We do it with restaurants and salons. Booking online makes the most of your time by allowing you to find a time that is convenient for you. Your appointment time will be dedicated to you, so you eliminate the need to stand in line. It’s a great way to ensure you spend more time doing the things you want to do.
What will I need to bring for my appointment?
As a reminder, social distancing and mask mandates must be observed while visiting any Bank of Hawaii branch.
Specific requirements will depend on the type of appointment you are booking. Your appointment confirmation email will contain a list of specific, helpful items to bring with you, if possible.
Am I able to visit the branch without an appointment?
Yes, you can. Please remember to observe the appropriate social distancing protocols and mask mandates when visiting any Bank of Hawaii branches.
Am I able to re-schedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can. Your confirmation email includes a link to either reschedule or cancel your appointment. For the benefit of others, please try to cancel at minimum 24 hours before your appointment.

To ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the community, we have implemented the following health measures:
- face masks are required for both employees and customers
- social distancing is required in all branches, with clear markers on the floor of every branch or business
- employees are screened and temperatures taken before entering any BOH facility
- limits on the number of employees and customers allowed in the branch at any time
- thorough and frequent cleaning and sanitization
- transparent plastic guards installed at each work station within all open branches
