Bank of Hawaii to Temporarily Close Lahaina and Kahana Branches Due to Brush Fires

Four graduates at Chaminade University’s commencement ceremony on Saturday received their diplomas at no cost—all expenses paid by Bank of Hawaii’s College Assistance Program.

Since its inception in 2016, 20 employees have earned degrees from Chaminade University or an associate degree from the University of Hawaii Community Colleges with more than $1.7 million in educational costs covered.

Cetera Financial Group, the premier financial advisor Wealth Hub, announced that Bank of Hawaii has entered into a networking agreement with Cetera Financial Institutions to provide broker-dealer services for its investment services and insurance provider, Bankoh Investment Services, Inc. (BISI).

Saturday was a proud night for seven students in Bank of Hawaii’s College Assistance Program as they walked the stage at the Waikiki Shell and received their Chaminade University diplomas – all expenses paid. Their tuition, including fees for textbooks and materials, was paid for entirely by Bank of Hawaii.

Bank of Hawaii announced a major expansion of customers’ access to free ATMs by joining the Allpoint® Network, owned by NCR Atleos. BOH debit card customers will have access to 40,000 Allpoint ATMs locally and across the U.S. without paying ATM fees. This move reinforces the bank’s commitment to providing convenient, flexible and cost-effective banking solutions for its customers—wherever they are.
