Bank of Hawaii to Temporarily Close its Call Center Early at Noon on Sunday, July 26

HONOLULU, HAWAII

Bank of Hawaii has announced that it will be taking precautionary safety steps in light of Hurricane Douglas and will be temporarily closing its Call Center operations early on Sunday, July 26.

Bank of Hawaii Call Center hours for Sunday, July 26 will be: 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Call Center operations remain open to assist customers from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. today, Saturday, July 25. Online and mobile banking and ATM services will continue to operate as usual unless power interruptions are experienced. Many transactions, including account inquires and account transfers, may be completed 24/7 via Bankoh By Phone, and online and mobile banking. BOH’s Call Center is scheduled for normal business hours on Monday, July 27, unless otherwise indicated.

At this time, branches remain open. For a list of open branches, please visit: www.boh.com/covid-19-main-page/available-services. Bank of Hawaii will continue to assess the status of its branches, and will update the public on closures and reopenings as Hurricane Douglas continues on its path.
