Please gather the following items for all applicants:
- Valid email address
- Social Security number (or tax identification number)
- Current paystubs for the most recent 30-day period
- IRS Form W2 for the last 2 years
- Federal personal income tax returns for the last 2 years (or business tax returns for self-employed)
Requirements for all applicants:
- 18 years or older
- Own residential real estate in Hawaii or Guam1
Important considerations:
- A $50 loan fee will be financed as a part of your total loan amount. When inputting your loan amount, you will receive your approved loan amount, less $50.
- To protect your personal information, you will receive a timeout warning after 15 minutes of inactivity.
- To apply online you must consent to sign your loan documents electronically via electronic signature. If you prefer to sign your loan documents in person, please visit any Bank of Hawaii branch to submit your application.
