Bank of Hawaii Temporarily Closing Guam Branches Due to Executive Order

Bank of Hawaii will be temporarily closing its Hagatna and Harmon branches starting Monday, Aug. 24, ChST, to comply with Governor Leon Guerrero’s latest executive order that requires all non-critical businesses in Guam to close for at least one week due to the pandemic.

All non-critical businesses were required to close today, Friday, Aug. 21, at noon. According to an addendum from the Guam Department of Public Health and Social Services, banks are allowed to stay open through Saturday, Aug. 22, at midnight, GST. Bank of Hawaii will observe its regularly scheduled hours for Hagatna and Harmon branches tomorrow, Aug. 22 (9 to 10 a.m. (Manamko hour), 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.), and will reopen when the Governor’s emergency order is lifted.

Bank of Hawaii will continue to process transactions submitted via its online and mobile channels (including direct deposits and automatic payments), as well as ATMs. The nearest available Bank of Hawaii ATMs can be found on www.boh.com/locations or on its mobile app.
