A program like no other in the islands. The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a two-year rigorous, meaningful and rewarding program designed for recent college graduates who want to gain hands-on real work experience, advance their business perspective and grow their skillsets.
Learn the ins and outs, the dos and don’ts from industry experts. Receive mentoring and coaching from a dedicated Program Manager. Make connections that will last a lifetime. This program was created to embolden you to become a more competent leader in control of your career.

How the Leadership Development Program Works
You will be placed into a cohort of other Leadership Development Program Associates (LDPA) which you will follow for two years. Four, six-month long rotations between the Finance, Lending, Marketing and Information Technology units, allowing you to participate in all four. You will receive one to one guidance weekly and cohort events monthly from a dedicated Program Manager. Upon graduation from the program, LDPA’s are able to apply for the job of their dreams within Bank of Hawaii.
Throughout this program, Associates:
