e-Bankoh enrollment help

Here are a few handy tips as you go through the enrollment process.

You'll need the following:

current Bank of Hawaii account information or most recent monthly account statement

 

For checking, savings or money market accounts:

  • Account number - Enter your number without dashes or leading zeros (e.g., if your account number is displayed as 0007-654321 on your statement, enter 7654321). 
  • For new accounts or if you have not received your first statement, enter "0.00" for the last statement balance.

For loan accounts (excluding mortgage):

  • 11-digit account number
  • 5-digit note number
  • Original principal amount
  • Last payment amount

For line of credits:

  • Account number
  • Credit line
  • Last payment amount

For certificate of deposit (CD) accounts:

  • Account number

 

You should also have your printer turned on, so that you can print a copy for your records.

How long does it take to get enrolled?

Enrolling in e-Bankoh Online Banking is nearly instantaneous after you provide us with all the appropriate information. If there are any questions about the information you provided, it may take between 2 - 4 business days to process your application.
