Through the Allpoint network, you can access cash through 40,000+ no fee ATMs in the United States, and 15,000+ ATMs globally. International fees will apply to ATMs located outside of the United States.
What do I need to use an Allpoint ATM?
A Bank of Hawaii debit card or ATM card.
Which transactions can I perform at an Allpoint ATM?
Bank of Hawaii debit card holders can perform cash withdrawals and check account balances through ATMs of the Allpoint network.
Can I withdraw money from my savings account, too?
Yes, you can withdraw money from your savings account if it’s linked to a Bank of Hawaii debit card or a Bankoh Bankcard.
What is my maximum withdrawal amount?
Allpoint does not limit the number of transactions that can be done a day. However, there is a daily withdrawal amount limit, which will depend on your daily debit card cash withdrawal limit.

What happens if I overdraw on my Bank of Hawaii checking account?
If you opted in for overdraft coverage and overdraft fees for ATM, we may be approve the transaction in the event you do not have sufficient funds available. You will be responsible for any relevant overdraft fees.
If you opted out to not authorize fees for ATM, we will generally decline any ATM transactions that would cause the account to fall into a negative balance.
If you are a business customer, ATM transactions exceeding available funds will typically be declined.
Are there any fees when using an Allpoint ATM?
There are no surcharge fees when making a cash withdrawal at Allpoint ATMs in the U.S.
Are there any international ATM fees?
Yes, international fees will apply to ATMs located outside of the United States. Please see your applicable Consumer checking and Savings Account Fee Schedule(DDA-161) & Business Checking and Savings Account Fee Schedule (DDA-151) for applicable fees and charges that may apply when using non-Bank of Hawaii ATMs.
