Credit Report Disputes
To file a dispute regarding the accuracy of information that we have provided to one or more consumer reporting agencies, you may submit your dispute in writing to P.O. Box 2715, Honolulu, HI 96803. Include your name, loan account number, identifying information, the specific information you dispute, and a detailed description of why you believe the information is inaccurate. Please also provide copies of any documents that support your dispute.
If you prefer, you may submit your dispute in person at a nearby branch or contact one of our specialists at 808-643-3888. You may also file a dispute directly with any of the three (3) major consumer reporting agencies: Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion.
