As Senior Business Development Officer, Davin helps clients connect with the people and solutions best suited to their goals. He works closely with colleagues across the organization to understand each client's priorities, identify opportunities, and build relationships that extend well beyond a single conversation. Known for his consultative, listen-first approach, Davin focuses on delivering thoughtful guidance and a seamless client experience.

Davin has been with The Private Bank for more than a decade. As one of the original relationship managers involved in launching the Kālai Services Group, he continues to draw on that experience in serving clients today. Prior to assuming his current role, Davin served as Team Leader for Kālai Services Group, overseeing relationship managers in Hawaii and Guam. Since joining Bank of Hawaiʻi in 2008, he has held leadership positions in the Business Banking Division as a Business Banking Officer and in the Community Bank Division as Branch Manager of both the Kahala branch and the flagship Downtown Honolulu branch.

Davin is a proud graduate of Saint Louis School. He earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Accountancy, from the University of San Diego, where he also played Division I-AA football. In his spare time, Davin enjoys spending time with family and friends.
