Tuition Aid Program Information
Policy
Grants for Tuition Aid Programs are available to college or university learning institutions, preferably in Hawaii, serving students newly arrived from American Samoa entering their second year of college and majoring in business, computer science, education, finance, health care, hospitality, library science, math, nursing, psychology, or science.
