The Permanent Committee’s general policy is to consider qualified tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations within American Samoa and learning institutions within the State of Hawaii.

The foundation does not make grants to individuals, to endowments, for reserve purposes, or deficit financing; neither does it provide multiple-year funding.

Tuition Aid Program Information

Policy
Grants for Tuition Aid Programs are available to college or university learning institutions, preferably in Hawaii, serving students newly arrived from American Samoa entering their second year of college and majoring in business, computer science, education, finance, health care, hospitality, library science, math, nursing, psychology, or science.
