More About Desiree

Desiree Braga is Vice President and Relationship Manager in the Private Banking Group. She assists high net-worth clients with their banking, investment, and credit needs and collaborates with other partners within the bank, whenever necessary, to ensure each client’s financial objectives are being met. Having a personalized approach with an eye for solutions is of particular importance to Desiree in building lasting relationships.

Desiree first joined Bank of Hawaii in 2007 as a Business Banking Officer, fostering new and existing small business relationships by servicing their various financial needs. In 2012, Desiree transferred to the Guam Commercial Banking Center, where she quickly moved up the ranks from Senior Loan Analyst to a Commercial Banking Officer. In 2017, she moved into The Private Bank in her current role as Vice President and Relationship Manager for Guam where her commercial background has provided an added value to the various client relationships. She has been recognized twice for her outstanding service and selected as an awardee of the Bank of Hawaii’s Step Up To Excellence program and, for her achievement as being one of the bank’s top loan officers, was honored with the bank’s Chairman’s Circle award. Prior to joining the bank, Desiree had nearly five years of experience working for a local credit union as a Credit Officer.

Desiree is a Financial Services Representative for Bankoh Investment Services, Inc., and a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Guam with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics. She enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle to keep up with her energetic son, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends over a good meal or movies.
