Required Mobile App Update
After Monday, October 11th, if you are receiving an error message "1229"or "data network busy" on your BOH mobile app, you will need to update the app to the latest version to have access to mobile banking.
Bank of Hawaii continually strives to improve its mobile app to give you the latest features and security to enhance your banking experience. As always please update the Bank of Hawaii mobile app on your device to take advantage of the new features and latest enhancements.

How to update your app
In order to update your app to the most current version, please visit the App Store or Google Play for your mobile device.
