Will my Hawaiian Airlines credit card be canceled?
No, your Hawaiian Airlines credit card will continue to function as it does today. There are no changes to the Hawaiian Airlines credit card program or your cardmember benefits, except that points (formerly miles) earned on the card will go to your Atmos Rewards account rather than to HawaiianMiles.
Will my Hawaiian Airlines credit card benefits work on Alaska Airlines flights?
Yes, your Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite Mastercard® now has expanded benefits, as you can now also earn 3 miles per $1 when you use your card on Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines purchases and Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite Mastercard® primary card holders will receive two free checked bags when using their card to book Hawaiian Airlines or Alaska Airlines-operated flights.* Companion award benefits will be available for use on either Hawaiian- or Alaska- operated flights beginning later this fall.
How do I share points for free using my card benefits?
Eligible cardmembers can share accumulated points with up to ten additional Atmos Rewards members and redeem points with no blackout dates on Hawaiian Airlines, Alaska Airlines, or our network of airline partners.
Primary cardmembers can see all their linked accounts via the Free Points Sharing link accessed from their Rewards Hub on Alaska Airlines after logging in. . Non-cardmembers or linked members will see a simplified view showing their single connection, accessed from their Atmos™ Rewards account page.
Can I still make payments in Bank of Hawaii Branches?
Yes, you may continue to make payments on your Hawaiian Airlines credit cards in any Bank of Hawaii branch.
What is Huakaʻi by Hawaiian and how can I sign up?
Huakaʻi by Hawaiian is Hawaiian Airlines’ new benefits program, created exclusively for Hawaii residents. Huakaʻi refers to a journey with purpose, and offers exclusive travel benefits, including one free checked bag and quarterly fare discounts on Neighbor Island flights, as well as access to monthly network-wide fare deals. Will I get an additional free checked bag if I’m a credit card customer and enrolled in Huakaʻi?
No, you will continue to receive 2 free checked bags as part of your cardmember benefits. However, you will receive an additional discount (20% vs. 10% Huakaʻi discount) on your quarterly Neighbor Island fares as an added benefit.
