Bank of Hawaii Provides $10,000 Sponsorship to Japan Club of Guam

The Bank of Hawaii made a $10,000 donation to Japan Club of Guam in support the organization’s 40th annual Japan Autumn Festival (or “Akimatsuri”).
Bank of Hawaii will be the main sponsor of the festival, which is Japan Club of Guam’s largest yearly event, with proceeds going to support the elementary and junior high schools of the Japanese School of Guam.
The Autumn Festival has evolved to become one of Guam’s most popular cultural gathering, where visitors of all ages can celebrate a traditional Japanese Festival, including food, drinks, games and entertainment. The festival will be held on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2019 at the Governor Joseph Flores Beach Park (Ypao Beach Park).
