Bank of Hawaii Reopening Main Branch in Downtown Honolulu at 10 a.m.

HONOLULU, HAWAII

December 9th, 2021

Bank of Hawaii is announcing that its Main Branch in downtown Honolulu will reopen today, Thursday, Dec. 9, at 10 a.m. following a two-day power outage, as a result of HECO’s Iwilei substation being flooded due to heavy rains. HECO restored power this morning, and the bank’s Main Branch will be operational and ready to welcome back customers.

Beginning tomorrow, Friday, Dec. 10, the branch will follow normal branch hours:

Special hour for kūpuna, at-risk individuals and their caregivers:

  • Mondays-Fridays: 8 to 9 a.m.

General banking hours:

  • Mondays-Fridays: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Saturdays & Sundays: closed
