Bank of Hawaii Announces New Senior Vice President Rob Duncan

Rob Duncan
has joined Bank of Hawaii as senior vice president and Director of Customer Care, where he will focus on providing best-in-class customer service through virtual channels.

Through his leadership of the frontline service operation, he will support Bank of Hawaii’s contact center modernization strategy with a focus on change management, employee engagement and operational effectiveness.

Duncan joins Bank of Hawaii with extensive experience in retail sales and banking management. He spent more than a decade as a trusted leader, developing and promoting future supervisors and managers throughout their careers in the banking industry. Prior to joining the bank, he held senior roles at American Savings Bank, where he worked for more than a decade, and Citizens Bank in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Duncan earned his associate degree in criminal justice from Kaplan University. He also studied business management at Edinboro University and Community College of Allegheny County, both in Pittsburgh.
