Previously, its Safeway Lihue Branch (at 4454 Nuhou St., Ste. 302) was open for business on Saturdays; however, the bank recently discontinued Saturday hours at its Safeway Lihue location this past Saturday, June 20.

Lihue Branch hours will be as follows:

  • Mondays-Fridays: 8 to 9 a.m.
  • Saturdays: 9 to 10 a.m.

General banking hours:

  • Mondays-Fridays: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Beginning Friday, June 26, customers are now required to wear masks inside all of Bank of Hawaii branches; they may be asked to briefly remove their mask for identification purposes.

For everyone’s safety, employees will continue wearing masks, practice social distancing, and queuing customers six feet apart in transaction lines and/or outside of branches.
