Tamuning Branch Grand Opening Giveaway (“Giveaway”) Official Rules

NO PURCHASE, BANK ACCOUNT OPENING OR BANK TRANSACTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Opening a bank account or making a bank transaction will not improve your chance of winning.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Bank of Hawaii, any subsidiary, affiliate, parent, or agent, and their family members are not eligible. This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. You need not be present to win.
   
   
2. How TO ENTER: Fill out an official entry blank (“Entry Form”) at the Bank of Hawaii Tamuning Branch located at 134 Chalan San Antonio, Tamuning, Guam 96913 during the Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, July 19, 2025 between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. GMT (“Entry Period”) and drop it in the designated box. No photocopied, computer generated, facsimile or mechanically reproduced entry will be permitted. Limit one (1) entry per person. To be eligible, the entry must contain all information required on the official entry blank. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
   
   
3. DRAWING DATE: Drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be held on or about Monday, July 21, 2025 ("Drawing Date"). Winner will be notified by phone and/or email listed on the Entry Form submitted and drawn. If Entry Form is illegible, or if Sponsor is unable to contact winner within three (3) business days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
   
   
4. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 70” Samsung television (approximate value: $589.99). No substitutions will be given. Prize is not transferrable.
   
   
5. RANDOM DRAWING: Winner will be selected on the Drawing Date listed above, from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Taxes, including income taxes, on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be responsible for picking up the prize at the Bank of Hawaii Tamuning Branch located at 134 Chalan San Antonio, Tamuning, Guam 96913 by the date indicated upon notification. Proof of eligibility may be required.
   
   
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree that Bank of Hawaii and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective agents, representatives and employees will have no liability whatsoever, for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the drawing or acceptance, possession, delivery, or use/misuse of any prizes(s). Neither Bank of Hawaii, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any service, or any other error or malfunction, or for late, stolen, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value at its discretion for any reason. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners name and likeness for publicity and promotional purposes, including but not limited to photographs, voice recordings, and any statement made by the winner and without further compensation or permission. By entering this drawing, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and binding in all respects.
   
   
7. Sponsor has the sole power and absolute discretion to terminate the drawing at any time, for any reason and without prior notice, and to interpret the rules and make decisions regarding the interpretation of the rules. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these rules at any time by making revised rules available at the Bank of Hawaii Tamuning Branch during the Entry Period. All decisions of Sponsor in respect to this drawing are final and legally binding and conclusive in all matters. No participant or winner shall have any right to challenge or contest any decision of Sponsor concerning the drawing, its rules, interpretations, determinations, eligibility, verification, timeliness, winners, prizes or any other matter. Void where prohibited.
