Cori Weston is Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager in the Kālai Services Group and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) with over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services. She provides customized banking, investments, trust, estate and financial planning services. Cori is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree with high honors in both English and American Studies. She continued her studies at the University of Notre Dame Law School, receiving her juris doctorate degree. She is also a graduate of the ABA National Trust and Compliance Schools.

Cori began her legal career specializing in civil and commercial litigation on the East Coast and Hawaii. She has held a number of positions at Bank of Hawaii, including serving as Litigation and Compliance Counsel in Bank of Hawaii’s Law Department, and as the Corporate Secretary to the bank and holding company responsible for corporate governance, securities and regulatory matters. Before assuming her current responsibilities, Cori was Senior Fiduciary Team Leader in Trust Services, Sales and Development Manager and the Business Services Manager in the Investment Services Group at Bank of Hawaii, overseeing the Trust Real Estate, Trust Tax and Financial Planning departments as well as a team of wealth advisors. She has also held the position of Compliance and Risk Manager for the Investment Services Group. Additionally, Cori served as Chairman of the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act Advisory Committee and as a member of the bank’s Charitable Foundation Grants and Sponsorship Committees.

Cori’s community affiliations include her current position as treasurer of the Maryknoll School Foundation and as past chairman of the Maryknoll School Board. She is a board member of the Hawaii Opera Theatre, serving as co-chair of the Strategic Planning Committee. Cori previously served on the Chaminade University Board of Regents, where she held the positions of vice president of the Board of Regents, and chairman of Chaminade’s Mission and Identity Committee. Cori is a member of the Metropolitan Rotary Club of Honolulu and former member of its Foundation Board. She also serves as treasurer and past Chairman of the Hawaii State Bar Association Corporate Counsel Section and has served as chairman of the Domestic Violence Action Center and YWCA boards and was a founding member of the Hawaii Financial Regulatory and Compliance Association.
