Jumbo loans range from $625,501 - $4,000,000.

Interest rate and APR applies to fee simple, single family residence with a loan-to-value ratio ≤ 75% and borrowers’ credit score ≥ 740 with no cash out. A qualifying $1,000,000 loan will have 180 monthly principal and interest payments of $6,905.82. Monthly payments do not include additional costs such as taxes and insurance. For a $1,000,000 loan, additional closing costs could range from $3,750 - $6,900. Rates and terms will vary based on loan amount, occupancy and credit qualifications.
