Bank of Hawaii Announces Sharlene Ginoza-Lee as New Senior Vice President

HONOLULU, HAWAII –
Sharlene R. Ginoza-Lee has been promoted to senior vice president and branch transformation manager from vice president and strategic planning and data analytics manager of Bank of Hawaii’s Branch Delivery Department. Ginoza-Lee is responsible for the bank’s Branch of Tomorrow initiative, a transformation strategy of the bank’s branch network to enhance the customer experience and offer 21st-century banking conveniences. The bank has unveiled six Branch of Tomorrow locations since 2016. Ginoza-Lee will oversee branch projects, analytics and reports, people transformation and budget and forecasting.
Ginoza-Lee joined Bank of Hawaii’s Human Resources Department in 1994, and has worked in various leadership roles, including in the Human Resources Service Center and as human resources manager in the Compensation Department. In 2016, Ginoza-Lee joined the newly created Branch Delivery Department, overseeing the bank’s Branch of Tomorrow initiative.
Ginoza-Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
