Bank of Hawaii Announces Vice Presidents Candice Chun, Cristina Livesay and Valerie Michaleski

HONOLULU, HI – Candice K.U. Chun has been promoted from assistant vice president and training and operations manager to vice president and training and operations manager in the Bankoh Client Services Administration department. She joined the bank in 2003, and is responsible for overseeing compliance, quality assurance and development management. Chun received her bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University in Washington in 2002, and recently earned her MBA from Hawaii Pacific University.
Cristina A. Livesay has been promoted from assistant vice president and retirement plan services supervisor to vice president and senior trust officer in the Retirement Plan Services department, where she is responsible for the administration of retirement and pension plans and supervisor of all department account specialists. Prior to joining the bank in 1993, Livesay was client services officer at American Trust Company and trust department supervisor at First Interstate Bank.
Valerie Michaleski has been promoted from assistant vice president and administration and process manager to vice president and administration and process manager in the Bankoh Client Services Administration department. Michaleski manages the Bankoh Client Services Division Fulfillment Center, where she administers customer requests and staffing at the bank’s Kapolei location. She has been with the bank since 2006, and has held various positions, including channel projects coordinator and workforce and process manager. Prior to joining Bank of Hawaii, Michaleski worked at AT&T’s Consumer Long Distance Department as a human resources manager from 1992 to 2004.
