Bank of Hawaii Announces New Vice Presidents: Locquiao and Miller

HONOLULU, HI – Benjamin “Ben” C. Locquiao has been promoted from assistant vice president and cash management officer to vice president and cash management officer in the Cash Management Solutions Department. He is responsible for consulting and managing treasury initiatives for large corporate clients located in Hawaii and U.S. mainland.
Locquiao joined the bank in 2000 as a consumer sales representative. He is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals and attained the professional designation of Certified Treasury Professional in 2010.
Amy Miller has been promoted from assistant vice president and personal banking division sales manager to vice president and division sales manager in the Personal Banking Division. She is responsible for leading sales, service and relationship management efforts of the bank’s personal banking officers throughout the state of Hawaii.
Miller started with the bank in 2007 as a bank (management) associate. With more than five years of retail banking management experience, she has served as manager of the Kalihi and Aikahi branches, and the Times Kamehameha in-store branch. Miller earned a bachelor of arts degree in management, a certificate in international management, and a master in business administration degree in finance and marketing from Hawaii Pacific University.
