Bank of Hawaii Announces New Vice Presidents: Wakamura and Wong

Honolulu, Hawaii (July 22, 2008) - Keith H. Wakamura was promoted to vice president from assistant vice president. He continues his current role as senior loan officer in Bank of Hawaii’s business loan approval department which includes managing loan approvals and portfolios for the business banking division.
Wakamura joined the bank in 2000 as a credit analyst and has also served as a loan officer in Bank of Hawaii’s Commercial Real Estate Loan Department.
Wakamura holds a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from the University of Hawaii.
Alison M. Wong was promoted to vice president from assistant vice president. She has been a business banking officer at the Waikiki Ward Business Banking Center since 2004. Her duties include assisting business clients with their deposit and credit needs.
Wong holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Washington, Seattle.
She currently serves as vice president of finance for the Young Business Council and is a board member of the Kakaako Improvement Association.
