Bank of Hawaii Announces New Vice Presidents: Koyanagi and Kuboyama

Honolulu, Hawaii (January 31, 2008) - Jason Koyanagi has been promoted to vice president from assistant vice president of Ala Moana Business Banking. His responsibilities as business banking manager include overseeing a team of business banking officers and generating sales. Most recently, he served as business banking manager for the Windward Business Banking region.
Koyanagi joined Bank of Hawaii in 2003 as a business banking officer in the Metropolitan Oahu region.
Koyanagi received his bachelor of arts degree in finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
He serves as a board member for the Kaneohe Business Group.
Clint F. Kuboyama has been promoted to vice president of private client asset management from assistant vice president. With a specialization in energy, healthcare, technology and telecommunications investments, Kuboyama continues his duties as portfolio manager, which entail research for portfolio clients and management of their investments.
Prior to joining Bank of Hawaii in 2006, Kuboyama served as an analyst with Sidoti & Company, LLC and as a securities analyst with Value Line, Inc., both of which are based in New York, NY.
Kuboyama earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a master’s of business administration degree with a concentration in finance from Pepperdine University, Calif.
