Bank of Hawaii Announces New Vice Presidents: Callahan & Li

Honolulu, Hawaii (September 10, 2007) - Nancy K. Callahan has been hired as vice president and credit compliance officer. Her duties include developing and implementing programs to manage compliance with consumer credit laws and providing credit compliance guidance to business units. She is also responsible for developing and providing regulatory compliance training.
Before joining Bank of Hawaii, Callahan served as staff attorney and researcher for the Hawaii State House of Representatives. Previously, she held positions as vice president and assistant general counsel at JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.Y. and vice president and senior associate counsel at Chase Manhattan Bank, N.Y.
Callahan holds a bachelor of arts degree in English from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She earned a juris doctor degree with the first graduating class in 1976 from the William S. Richardson School of Law.
David T. W. Li has been promoted from assistant vice president to vice president of Internal Audit Services. He continues his responsibilities as audit consultant which include developing and executing risk-based information technology audit programs and evaluating manual and automated controls.
Li started at Bank of Hawaii as an information systems senior auditor in 1990.
