Target and Neiman Marcus Data Breach

As you may have heard from recent news reports, Target and Neiman Marcus reported that they experienced data breaches on debit and credit cards used to make purchases in their stores.

Debit Card Holders:

As a precaution, new debit cards will be issued to affected cardholders. If your card was affected, information on your new debit card will be mailed to you. Although Bank of Hawaii is actively monitoring our cardholders’ accounts we urge you to monitor your accounts through e-Bankoh or by calling our 24/7 Customer Service Center at 1-888-643-3888. If you notice any suspicious transactions, please report them immediately to our Customer Service Center.

In addition, we have identity theft kits that contain useful information for protecting personal account information and preventing identity theft available at www.boh.com/security and our branches.

Credit Card Holders:

MyBankoh Rewards credit card holders should monitor their accounts through www.BOHCreditCard.com or by calling the Card Services Call Center at 1-888-455-5330. If you notice any suspicious transactions, please report them immediately to the Card Services Call Center.

Hawaiian Airlines credit card holders should monitor their accounts through www.FIACardServices.com or by calling FIA Card Services Call Center at 1-877-212-5642. If you notice any suspicious transactions, please report them immediately to FIA Card Services Call Center.
