Online Banking enrollment help

Here are a few handy tips as you go through the enrollment process.

You’ll need the following:

Current Bank of Hawaii account information, your most recent monthly account statement, or ATM/Debit card information.

Enroll now

For ATM/Debit cards:

  • ATM/Debit Card number. 
  • Personal Identification Number (PIN)

For checking, savings or money market accounts:

  • Account number - Enter your number without dashes or leading zeros (e.g., if your account number is displayed as 0007-654321 on your statement, enter 7654321). 
  • For new accounts or if you have not received your first statement, enter "0.00" for the last statement balance.

For loan accounts (excluding mortgage):

  • 11-digit account number
  • 5-digit note number
  • Original principal amount
  • Last payment amount

For line of credits:

  • Account number
  • Credit line
  • Last payment amount

For certificate of deposit (CD) accounts:

  • Account number

You should also have your printer turned on, so that you can print a copy for your records.

How long does it take to get enrolled?

Enrolling in Bank of Hawaii Online Banking is nearly instantaneous after you provide us with all the appropriate information. If there are any questions about the information you provided, it may take between 2 - 4 business days to process your application.
