You agree that we may provide you with all disclosures, notices and other communications, about the e-Bankoh Online (“e-Bankoh Online”) and e-Bankoh Mobile (“e-Bankoh Mobile”) Banking Services (collectively "e-Bankoh Services"), including your e-Bankoh Online and e-Bankoh Mobile agreements and any future amendments (collectively the "Notices"), in electronic form for as long as you subscribe to the e-Bankoh Online or e-Bankoh Mobile Banking Services and the Notices will be binding upon you.

We will provide all future e-Bankoh Online Notices by sending them to you at the email address we have on file, as well as posting them on the e-Bankoh Accounts Overview page for a period of at least 30 days.

We will provide all future e-Bankoh Mobile Notices by sending them to you at the email address we have on file, as well as presenting them to you upon first sign-on to your device.

In addition, you may access, download and print the Notices for e-Bankoh Online and e-Bankoh Mobile Banking Services from your computer by going to the ‘Customer Service’ tab, when signed on to the e-Bankoh Online Services, then click on ‘Service Agreement’ under ‘Disclosures’, if you have the hardware and software described in the link below.

To print or download the Notices you must have a printer connected to your PC or sufficient hard-drive space to save the Notices. You may update your email address to receive copies of the Notices by signing on to the e-Bankoh service and clicking on the Administration menu option Customer Service tab.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive Notices electronically, but if you do, we will immediately terminate your participation in the e-Bankoh Online and/or e-Bankoh Mobile Services.
