Make a One-Time Transfer

  1. From the "Transfers Funds" tab, click on the "Make a transfer" link.
  2. Transfer from: Click on the down arrow to select an account.
  3. Transfer to: Click on the down arrow to select an account.
  4. The Transfer date will show a default date. Either type in a new date or click on the calendar icon to change the desired date.
  5. Enter the amount you want to transfer.
  6. Click the "Continue" button to transfer the funds.
  7. A confirmation box will appear. Click on the "Submit transfer" button to complete the transfer.

IMPORTANT:

  • Changes to a scheduled transfer must be completed by 11:00 p.m. HST the day prior to the scheduled date.
  • You can setup an automated alert to notify you when your transfer was processed.

Change a One-Time Transfer

  1. From the "Transfer Funds" tab, click on the Scheduled transfers link.
  2. Click on the edit link next to the future dated one-time transfer you wish to modify.
  3. Make changes as needed and click the "Save changes" button.
  4. Verify the information you entered is correct by clicking on the "Save changes" button on the confirmation message box. The following message will appear on the confirmation screen: "The following transfer was sucessfully changed and will appear on your Scheduled Transfers page until it is processed."

  • Changes to a scheduled transfer must be completed by 11:00 p.m. HST the day prior to the scheduled date.

Delete a One-Time Transfer

  1. From the "Transfer Funds" tab, click on the "Scheduled transfers" link.
  2. Click on the DELETE link next to the appropriate transfer.
  3. Verify that the transfer record you want to delete is correct by clicking on the "Delete this transfer" button. The following message will appear on the confirmation page: "The following transfer has been deleted. The transfer will not be processed and will no longer appear on your Scheduled Transfers page."

Change a Repeating Transfer

You can change one or all of the future dates of the repeating transfers scheduled.

  1. From the "Transfer Funds" tab, click on the "Scheduled transfer" link.
  2. Click on the "Edit" link next to the recurring transfer you wish to change.
  3. Make changes as needed and click OK.
  4. Verify that the information you entered is correct by clicking OK on the confirmation message box. A confirmation ID is received, click OK, and the Pending Transfer is displayed with the changed repeating transfer record.

Delete a Repeating Transfer

  • From the "Transfer Funds" tab, click on the "Scheduled transfers" link.
  • Click on the DELETE link next to the transfer you wish to delete.
  • Verify that the transfer record you want to delete is correct by clicking on the "Delete this transfer" button on the confirmation message box. A confirmation page will be displayed.

Making Transfers to Your Bank of Hawaii Loan

Use the Transfers function to make payments to your Bank of Hawaii loan, including your mortgage*, Personal FlexLine and/or Home EquityLine accounts.

With the Transfers function, you can:

For transfers that you schedule for a future date, e-Bankoh will automatically verify the availability of the funds in your account prior to making the transfer. You can set up an Alert to notify you by e-mail and Bank Mail when the transfer has been successfully completed or if there is a problem.

One-time transfers made between 11 p.m. and midnight HST will be posted to your account on the next business day.

*Payments to mortgages must be at least the monthly minimum amount.
