Customize Your Accounts


Account Nickname

You can give an account a personalized name to make it easier to recognize on the online banking and bill payment pages. The nickname can be changed at any time. Maximum of 35 alphanumeric characters.

  1. Highlight the account name and type in the new name.
  2. Click on the "Submit" button to make the change.

Visible/Invisible Accounts

Use this feature to select which accounts will be visible on online banking.

  1. Select the "Hide Account" check box if you want the account to be invisible on Online Banking pages. Clear the check box if you want the account to be visible.
  2. Click on the "Submit" button to make the change.

Use for Bill Payment

This option is only available if you have already successfully enrolled for bill payment.

  1. Select the "Bill Pay Account" check box to request that an account is activated for Bill Payment. Clear the check box to deactivate an account for Bill Payment. If you have successfully enrolled for Bill Payment, at least one account must be designated for Bill Payment.
  2. Click on the "Submit" button to save your settings.

  • Deactivating a Bill Payment account will require you to cancel all pending payments linked to the account prior to deactivation.
  • Deleting all your payees and scheduled bill payments will NOT cancel your bill pay service and the monthly fees will still apply.
