The foundation does not make grants to individuals, to endowments, for reserve purposes, or deficit financing; neither does it provide multiple-year funding.

Tuition Aid Program Information

Policy
Grants for Tuition Aid Programs are available to college or university learning institutions, preferably in Hawaii, serving students newly arrived from American Samoa entering their second year of college and majoring in the fields of math and/or science.
