Winner of the Mana Up 2023 Showcase People’s Choice Award, Maui Chili Chili Oil operates from a dedicated commissary kitchen located on Maui, where every step of production, from sourcing to labeling and shipping, is meticulously managed in-house, ensuring quality and freshness with every bottle. “There’s a push to support local businesses now, before there’s no local to support,” shares Kit. “It’s easy to support non-local businesses because of prices and quick shipping, etc. but we have to remember that this is our home, and we must take care of one another.”

“We try to keep as pono as possible in how we operate things in our business,” shares Deron. “It’s not always the cheapest option for us, but we are so embedded in this community and want to make sure it’s around for the future generations to come.”
